Lauren Collins, Vice President of Member Services
Lauren is the Vice President of Member Services for PRSA.
In her previous role, Lauren was the Director of Membership and Marketing at the National District Attorneys Association, a non-profit association that provides training, technical assistance, and services to prosecutors around the country in support of the prosecution profession. Lauren not only oversaw all membership processes for the organization, but she also increased membership by 8%. Lauren also improved business development for the organization increasing sponsorship revenue by $225,000 in less than 2 years.
Before that, Lauren served as the Managing Director for The AIDA Reinsurance and Insurance Arbitration Society, ARIAS•U.S. which is a client at MCI USA (an association management company.) In that role, Lauren managed governance, membership, communications, and education for the association. Before joining MCI USA, Lauren served as the Program Manager of Membership Marketing & Association Services for the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors (NAIFA) a nonprofit organization serving and representing insurance and financial advisors regardless of the products they sell or the focus of their practice. Lauren served as the liaison for three national committees, managing the officer and membership dues processes for 600+ state and local chapters. In just a few short months with NAIFA, her direct engagement with the more than 600 local and 50 state leaders and efficiency with being a consensus builder was rewarded with a promotion that positioned her as a direct liaison to a group of highly skilled CEOs and Executive Directors. She also spearheaded the launch of a Video Series for Early Career Members as a membership recruitment tool and member benefit.
Her current career accomplishments include being selected as a 2019 ASAE NextGen leader and a 2020 Association Forum Forty Under 40 Award recipient. Lauren is a member of the ASAE Young Professionals Advisory Committee (YPAC) member.
