PRSA Cares:
Support for Members Impacted by Job Loss
.A Message from PRSA CEO Matt Marcial, CAE, CMP, APR

At PRSA, we know that career transitions and unexpected employment challenges can bring financial strain, uncertainty, and difficult decisions. We want every member navigating change to feel seen, supported, and connected to their professional community.
If your membership renewal is approaching and you are experiencing job loss or reduced income, please reach out to us directly. We will work with you to ensure your access to PRSA’s network, resources, and support does not lapse during this time.
PRSA offers several ongoing programs that may help ease financial challenges and provide career support:
- Hardship Program – Available to members experiencing financial difficulties.
- Quarterly Payment Plan – Allows you to spread membership dues across four payments throughout the year.
- PRSA Jobcenter – A resource for exploring new opportunities and staying connected to the profession.
We also encourage you to take advantage of our professional development programming and member community—tools designed to help you stay connected, sharpen your skills, and prepare for the next step in your career.
If you or a colleague could benefit from these resources, please don’t hesitate to contact our Member Services team at membership@prsa.org. Our PRSA community is strong, united, and here to lift one another up — especially in challenging moments.
Together, we’ll move forward.
Warm regards,
Matt Marcial, CAE, CMP, APR
