Tim Weinheimer is the chief innovation officer at Hahn Labs. Tim will tell you he knows he’s ‘arrived’ in his career by getting to do mental time travel helping clients and teams see what’s next. His everyday goal is to go from me to we by co-creating new, relevant ideas that work for customers and work that excites team members.

Tim works with clients to develop engagement strategies to stay ahead of the curve by leveraging the latest in customer experience intelligence through data and insights. He led integrated communications development for energy brands including AT&T, IBM, Texas Beef Council, GPA Midstream Association and Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA). His experience in food and beverage includes brand marketing and new product launches for Kraft Foods, ConAgra Foods and Hershey’s. His strategies have resulted in winning PR Week’s Best Public Sector Campaign of the Year for the US Department of Health & Human Services, ADDY Awards and Sabre Awards for measurement and evaluation.

Tim's integrated and mobile marketing experience covers a broad range of Fortune 500 companies and associations, government and nonprofit clientele. He led the development of digital departments and teams while working for some of the world's leading agencies including Ketchum, The Richards Group and Ogilvy & Mather. Tim recently received his certificate from the Rice University Global Energy Leadership Program. He’s also the author of The Robot Apocalypse: How Brands Can Survive and Thrive in the Age of AI.
