“The point of having a leadership team is to benefit from the diversity of experiences and skills that a team brings to bear,” duBrowa told host John Elsasser, editor-in-chief of Strategies & Tactics. “You’re making up a team of subject-matter experts who have figured out a way to lead other subject-matter experts, or to manage, direct, guide or teach other subject-matter experts.”
