We are excited to announce that the Call for Presentations for ICON 2025 is officially open!
This is a unique opportunity to share your expertise, innovative strategies, and impactful experiences with a vibrant and engaged audience of PR and Communications professionals.
We want to hear from you! Presenting at ICON 2025 is your chance to contribute to the conversation, showcase your work, and inspire others in the field.
The Call for Presentations closes on April 14, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Things to Keep in Mind When Submitting a Proposal:
Forward Thinking
Priority will be given to presenters whose proposals are forward-thinking and deliver fresh, compelling content. Presentation proposals that are interactive and provide participants with tangible takeaways are also strongly encouraged.
Impactful
To build a robust and meaningful ICON 2025 program, we encourage a variety of presentation formats including lecture with Q&A, panel discussion, interactive presentation with hands-on activity, fireside chat or interview-style presentation. Consider how you can make your presentation both impactful and interactive, while delivering valuable content in a way that resonates with the audience.
Creative & Engaging
We encourage you to think creatively about how you present your content! Whether you’re presenting alone, co-presenting or opting for an interview-style format, fireside chat or panel discussion, your presentation should be dynamic and engaging.
Please note that the total number of presenters, including the moderator, will be limited to four.

Focuses on the latest innovations, tools and disruptors that are reshaping and revolutionizing how organizations engage with their audiences, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, develop and distribute content, manage reputation, handle crisis communications and continue to impact society. - Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)
Best practices and training that highlight an organizational approach to initiatives that can positively impact society and deliver environmental and social benefits. - Leadership & Management
Best practices in leadership innovation and inspiration, management skills development, team building, workplace infrastructure, conflict resolution and mentoring. - Marketing Communications
Strategic approaches utilizing content marketing tactics for diverse communication across Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned platforms to prove ROI, enhance campaign effectiveness, and achieve objectives. - Reputation & Crisis Management
Communication strategies, case studies and resources with advanced perspectives in reputation management, as well as crisis communication, via defined approaches for developing programs to leverage the success of your organization. - Special Interests
Methods to address the needs of specific audiences and topics such as ethics, DE&I, global business and education, plus guidance on Accreditation. - Tools & Techniques
Skill-building training for messaging, writing, relationship building, pitching, word of mouth, speechwriting, and storytelling tools and techniques. - Wellness
Wellness encompasses various aspects of life and is essential for everyone to thrive in their professional career. Presentations in this track will focus on mental, emotional and physical health, with particular attention given to strategies and techniques to help communicators perform at their best.
Judging Information
All proposals will be shared randomly with a panel of judges that are PRSA members drawn from past PRSA chairs, PRSA leadership, College of Fellows, Silver Anvil judges and other senior-level communication professionals.
Speaker Registration
If selected as an ICON 2025 speaker, you will be encouraged to register for the Full Conference Pass at the Saver Rate. However, speakers are not required to register for ICON 2025. Non-registered speakers will be issued a special badge at registration so they can gain access to the room(s) they are speaking in on the day(s) they are speaking.
Accepted speakers are responsible for all out-of-pocket expenses such as hotel stay and airfare. PRSA is unable to provide speaker stipends or honorariums.
