How Communicators Manage Through Change and Grief
February 25, 2025 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time)
Change may be inevitable, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. Change and grief are often two sides of the same coin — both difficult to experience and hard to talk about. This virtual program will help communicators who are counsel to their leaders and trusted colleagues be prepared to lead the way through change and grief successfully.
We are all dealing with change and grief from the public to the private sector. Reorganizations, terminations, layoffs, changes in management, retirement, toxic work environments or more personal reasons such as illness or death are all changes that can bring a host of emotional reactions into the workplace. Learn to identify the problem areas and how to begin dealing with them early and address some of the mental health concerns that are often associated with change and grief.
Change and grief can be difficult, but learning how to manage communications is a great place to start preparing and assisting your organization or team.
