Cyber Crisis Communications: Navigating the Digital Minefield

May 29, June 3 and June 5, from 3–5 p.m. EDT

Cyber crises are unlike any other. The public, media and customers respond to data breaches, ransomware attacks and AI-driven misinformation differently than they do to traditional crises. These incidents unfold quickly, involve complex technical details and often spark fear, confusion and distrust.

It’s not a matter of if your organization will experience a cyber incident — it’s a matter of when. The confidence that comes with being prepared is the key to mitigating reputational damage and maintaining public trust.

This three-part virtual workshop will provide PR and communications professionals with the knowledge, hands-on experience and confidence needed to navigate cyber crises.

Participants will engage in realistic crisis exercises and develop response strategies for handling high-stakes digital incidents, public scrutiny and long-term reputation recovery.
