Please note, pursuant to bylaw requirements, not all 2024 committees are listed.

  • Accreditation Marketing – Raises awareness about the significance of the APR credential and its contribution to advancing professional development.
  • Advocacy for the Profession – This committee uses advocacy as a comprehensive approach to address issues worthy of PRSA engagement.
  • Champions for PRSSA – Efforts are directed toward increasing engagement and collaboration between PRSA and PRSSA to encourage transition from student to professional membership and mentorship.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion – Works to position PRSA as a model for the communications profession, reflecting exemplary leadership in all aspects of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Educational Affairs - Provides oversight of PRSA’s educational products, including the CEPR program.
  • Governance – Reviews Chapter and District bylaws before approval from the board of directors.
  • Honors & Awards - Facilitates PRSA’s awards programs and builds recognition opportunities for PRSA and members.
  • Membership (Tiger Team) – Facilitates membership webinars and supports staff with member outreach.
  • Strategic Planning - Recommends strategies for evaluation and execution of the PRSA Three-Year Strategic Plan.
  • Technology – Offers support and oversight of PRSA technology infrastructure and provides recommendations for improvements.
