PRSA Adds Entrepreneur, Investor, Bestselling Author Randi Zuckerberg to ICON 2021 Speaker Lineup

NEW YORK, September 2, 2021 – PRSA, the nation’s leading professional organization serving the communications community, announced today that Randi Zuckerberg will be a keynote speaker at ICON 2021, being held virtually October 4-20. An entrepreneur, investor, bestselling author, and Emmy-nominated tech media personality, Zuckerberg is the founder and CEO of Zuckerberg Media, with the mission of supporting current and future entrepreneurs through investment, mentorship, and media.

Before starting her own company, Zuckerberg was an early employee at Facebook, where she is best known for creating Facebook Live, a tool used by more than a billion people globally. A Harvard graduate, Zuckerberg hosts a weekly business talk radio show, “Randi Zuckerberg Means Business” on SiriusXM and has authored four books. Those include two bestselling business books, “Dot Complicated” and “Pick Three,” and two children’s books, “Dot” and “Missy President.” “Dot” is also currently an award-winning preschool television series on Universal Kids and Hulu.

Zuckerberg travels the world, speaking about technology, entrepreneurship, her time in Silicon Valley, and how to unplug. Beyond her work in the tech and media sectors, Zuckerberg is also a two-time Tony Award winning Broadway producer of “Hadestown” and “Oklahoma.”

PRSA recently announced its annual conference, ICON 2021, is shifting to a fully virtual event. Zuckerberg, who will speak on October 7 at 1:35 p.m. ET, joins previously announced speaker and award-winning journalist Yamiche Alcindor as a keynote speaker.
