Rachel E. Bookman

Rachel Bookman is the senior communications outreach manager for the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI) in Washington, DC. She manages the association’s media relations and digital communications including social media, the associations app, and video programming. She also leads the association’s women in recycling and young executives councils. Rachel currently serves as the secretary and communications chair of the PRSA Association/Nonprofit section’s executive committee. Rachel is a native of New Orleans and a graduate of Louisiana State University (LSU).
