Alexa Borello is a Growth Enablement Manager at Convo Communications, an Austin, Texas-headquartered company dedicated to improving the lives of hard-of-hearing and deaf individuals since 2015. Focused on driving strategic success and enhancing customer engagement, Alexa is passionate about scaling business performance and delivering impactful results.

She began her career as a Senior Program Director and Program Coordinator at The Holley Ear Institute, where she led the development of program goals for summer camps, ASL courses, and events, while managing budgets and operations. Alexa also collaborated with Michigan Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (EHDI) to implement programs for newborn hearing screenings under Michigan's 1-3-6 law, working closely with audiologists and ENT doctors to ensure timely diagnosis and intervention for infants.

In 2017, Alexa became a Community Advocate for LEAD-K Michigan and the Deaf Child's Educational Bill of Rights, advocating for educational equity for deaf children.

Alexa holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management and Business Administration from Madonna University. She also attended the Rochester Institute of Technology and is a member of the Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority. Her professional development includes customer support certifications from both Intercom Academy and HubSpot Academy.
