Ally R. Bunin
Ally R. Bunin heads global internal communications for Russell Reynolds Associates, a premier leadership advisory firm with 46 offices around the world. In 2020 she became part of the firm's inaugural LEADR class recognized among just 40 colleagues as a future leader of the firm. Prior, she spent more than nine years leading Organizational Communications for Northwell Health (formerly North Shore-LIJ Health System)- a $10 billion health care organization and the largest employer in New York with 66,000 employees, 21 hospitals and 450 outpatient centers. There she oversaw all internal communications including employer branding, HR communications (from hire to retire) and the strategic Internal Comms platform to engage employees (Intranet, email, mobile app and the employee-focused social media channels).
She's worked with start-ups including Brighton Health Plan Solutions backed by Goldman Sachs and global companies including Deutsche Bank. An avid public speaker, she is Past-Chair of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Employee Communications Section with 700 members nationally, former Chair of Programming and a current member of the Executive Committee.
