Carla Gomez
Carla Gomez. is the director of marketing and communications for the 2023 NCAA Men’s Final Four Houston Local Organizing Committee, Carla serves as the link between Houston media partners and agencies and the NCAA as it relates to the development of strategic local communications, public relations, social media, digital presence and marketing in support of the 2023 Men’s Final Four ancillary events and community initiatives.
In 2017, Carla founded a communications agency focused on public relations and social media management for Houston-based hospitality and health clients. Prior to that, she worked on the agency side at a Hispanic-focused marketing agency, where she served Fortune 50 clients and the 2016 Men’s Final Four. Her extensive career in communications has included in-house roles with hospitality companies, work with non-profit organizations and freelance social media work.
