Mark Jacob
Mark Jacob, a former Chicago Tribune metro editor, edited the columns that won Mary Schmich a Pulitzer Prize for commentary. He is the co-author of 10 books. The two most recent ones are “Everybody Needs an Editor,” a writing guide he edited, and "Globetrotter," a biography of Harlem Globetrotters founder Abe Saperstein that he co-authored with his brother Matthew. He recently edited “Everybody Needs an Editor.” Mark’s articles have been published in the Chicago Tribune, the Chicago Sun-Times, Library Quarterly, Chicago magazine, and Chicago History magazine.
