Monique Kelley oversees internal and external communications for the U.S. Neuroscience Business Unit at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company, Ltd., a global values-based, R&D-driven biopharmaceutical company. In her role, she infuses best practices and a customer-centric mindset from 16 years on the global PR agency side. 

A recipient of PR News’ Top Women in PR award in 2019, Monique specializes in global marketing communications for medicines that address serious medical conditions from companies, including Eli Lilly and Company, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Roche, GSK, Allergan, Daiichi Sankyo, Eisai and Sunovion Pharmaceuticals.  Prior to joining Takeda, Monique was a Senior Vice President, Global Client Experience Lead at Weber Shandwick and held previous roles at MS&L and Cohn & Wolfe.

Monique is also an adjunct professor for Boston University's College of Communication for Media Strategies and Management. She’s a Boston Founding Member of Chief and served as Vice President of Programming on the Board of Directors for two years for the Public Relations Society of America’s Boston Chapter.
