Chloe J. Morgan, APR+M

Chloe J. Morgan is a public affairs officer for the U.S. Navy. While on the job, she served as the media officer during U.S. Navy strikes into Syria, the first U.S. combat employment of the F-35, and heightened U.S.-Iran tensions to include the shooting down of a U.S. unmanned aircraft.
She recently earned her master’s degree at San Diego State University, focusing her studies on countering foreign information operations. While there, her research uncovered practical response strategies for PR practitioners to thwart adversarial disinformation. She earned a bachelor’s degree in American politics and law from the United States Naval Academy in 2013.
