Carly Owens

Carly Owens is a sought-after speaker and communications professional, passionate about leveraging data to enhance public relations strategies. Currently, as an external communications manager, she plans and implements strategic public relations programming including press releases and media relations, and oversees measurement of all public relations efforts. She has previously worked at Experian, the global information services company and the College of Education & Integrative Studies at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

In her free time, Owens enjoys volunteering for Court Appointed Special Advocates, better known as CASAs, supporting kids in foster care. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor of Science in communication from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
