Robin Schell, APR, Fellow PRSA is senior counsel and partner for Jackson Jackson & Wagner (JJ&W), a behavioral public relations and management consulting firm based in the Seacoast of NH. Robin’s specialties include strategic planning; issue anticipation and crisis communication; coalition building; qualitative and quantitative research; internal and external communication systems and media & presentation training.
The firm’s clients range from schools to government entities to nonprofits to Fortune 50 companies. Serving clients in all sectors gives JJ&W the unique ability to see issues from many lenses. JJ&W works directly with leadership and alongside legal counsel as representatives of the court of public opinion.
Robin is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and has been an active member of the PRSA College of Fellows (COF) since 2006. In 2018, she received the 1st annual COF Sage Award for her mentoring efforts.
A frequent speaker at conferences across the country, Robin regularly teaches public relations classes for PRSA and has served in PRSA leadership roles at the local , district and national committee levels. She has also served as an adjunct professor at both the University of New Hampshire and the University of South Carolina and is a contributing editor to the book, “Public Relations Practices: Managerial Case Studies & Problems: 8th Edition” by Allen Center, Patrick Jackson, Stacey Smith and Frank Stansberry.
A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Robin is an active member of the UNH Alumni Association and a former Board member of the YWCA Greater Newburyport. As a longtime resident of Amesbury, MA she participates in the Amesbury Rotary “Readers are Leaders” program and coordinates the “Called to Care” program for Main St. Congregational Church. She serves as Publicity Chair for LUNGSTRONG, a nonprofit organization that funds innovative lung cancer research and is a 12-time rider in the Pan-Mass Challenge, the nation’s largest two-day fundraiser for cancer research.
