The digital/social age has revolutionized the way we generate, distribute and consume news. During a crisis situation, fear feeds the fire and can spread quickly on social platforms, causing instant havoc on your brand. Now more than ever, it is important to develop a strong proactive strategy to take control of a situation, rather than being reactive.
