9 Ways to Embrace a Culture of Gratefulness

November typically kicks off the season of gratitude as we gather around the Thanksgiving table with family and friends. For some, expressing gratitude — showing people around you that they are appreciated — is an effort that continues beyond the Thanksgiving table.
What if gratitude carried over into the workplace? Stay with me here. I’m not suggesting that you convene a team lunch, hold hands in the break room and give thanks to your incredible clients or the team member who brought donuts that morning.
Cultivating a positive environment of gratitude at work might seem a bit corny or awkward, but it doesn’t have to be. It can be an extension of what you’re already doing to show your co-workers that you appreciate them.
