To improve your health and well-being, as well as your productivity, it’s crucial to allow yourself a day of rest. This can be weekly or monthly — whatever works best.
Historically, taking a “sabbath” or a “sabbatical” isn’t anything new (and it doesn’t have to be spiritual). It just refers to the practice of taking a regular period of time away from work.
