Dee Baker Amos is a consultant who specializes in executive coaching and crisis management. In a career that spans work with airlines, transit and nonprofits, she has led teams through multiple national crisis events.
Baker Amos was most recently the vice president of communications and marketing at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, the fourth largest and busiest airport in the world. She has held leadership positions at the American Heart Association, where she was the vice president of health strategies for the Southwest Region; Delta Air Lines, where she was a spokesperson during 9/11; and the Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority, where she was the communications officer during the Anthrax attacks and the 1996 Summer Olympic Games.
