PRSA Launches New Executive Communication Online Series

Live Sessions Begin April 4, 2019

NEW YORK, Feb. 7, 2019 – The Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) today announced the launch of its new Executive Communication Online Series. The live, six-session program is designed to help communication professionals obtain the strategic knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to develop successful, quantifiable business outcomes.

This professional development offering launches on April 4, 2019, and will air on each consecutive Thursday from noon to 1:15 p.m. EDT (April 4th,  11th, 18th, 25th, May 2nd and 9th). The six sessions are:

  • Research and Planning
  • Implementation and Evaluation
  • Managing PR and Communication Issues
  • Leading PR and Communication Function
  • Managing Relationships
  • Applying Ethics and Law

The course involves a combination of presenters providing the structure of the core curriculum and teaching from both theory and practice.

Session attendees will be required to participate within the Online Series’ Private Community and will be asked to read light materials for each session prior to the live broadcast. They will receive a digital badge for each session completed during the series.

All sessions will be recorded so that participants can review them after the live airing.
